What do I get when I create a poster?
You get preview designs in the app, then high-resolution downloads (PDF and PNG sizes for your plan) ready to print or send to a professional printer.
How long does a download take?
Roughly up to five minutes, depending on the map area and theme. We fetch real map data and render high-resolution files. You can click away, use another tab, or leave the app; your poster keeps generating and will show in your library when it is ready.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Every account starts on the free plan with unlimited poster previews so you can try every theme and city. Buy a single $9 download when you find one you love, or upgrade to Starter ($10/mo) or Pro ($20/mo) for monthly downloads.
Can I use any location?
Yes. Search for cities worldwide, fine-tune the map area with radius and position, and add your own title and subtitle.
Can I preview before I pay?
Yes. You can create unlimited poster previews for free, try different locations and standard themes, and only pay when you want a high-resolution download or print order.
What can I customize?
You can edit the poster title, subtitle, date line, map theme, label visibility, water and park layers, and the poster size. Starter and Pro plans also unlock fine positioning controls like zoom and rotation.
Which file formats are available?
Starter downloads include high-resolution PNG and PDF files. Pro adds SVG export for more flexible editing and production workflows.
Can I order a physical print instead of downloading?
Yes. After you create a design, you can choose Order Physical Poster and send it to print without managing files yourself.
Are my designs saved?
Downloaded posters are saved in your library on Starter and Pro plans, so you can revisit designs and access them again later.
Will it look good printed?
Exports are built for print: vector PDF where available and crisp PNGs at standard poster aspect ratios. Use a quality print shop or home printer that supports your chosen size.
Can I sell posters I make?
Personal use is included with single downloads and Starter. Pro includes commercial use rights for downloaded files.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from Billing; recurring plans stay active through the period you already paid for. See our Terms for details.
